Residential Sealcoating

JH Sealcoating offers residential sealcoating, using  quilty
asphalt emulsion sealer with added sand for extra durability and traction. Sealcoating your driveway is a smart investment that protects and enhances your property. Over time, driveways are exposed to harsh weather, UV rays, and vehicle traffic, which can cause cracks, fading, and deterioration.  Sealcoating acts as a protective barrier, preventing damage from water, oil, and chemicals while extending the life of the asphalt. It also improves the appearance of your driveway, giving it a fresh, black finish.  Sealcoating saves you money in the long run by reducing the need for costly repairs or resurfacing.

Sealcoating Process

In my sealcoating process, the first step involves thoroughly preparing the surface by blowing, sweeping, and filling cracks. Cleaning the driveway is crucial to make sure the sealer adheres properly. Next, I tape off areas where sealer is not wanted, like the edges near sidewalks and garage floors, to prevent any unwanted splashes or spills. Once the surface is clean and prepped, I apply the sealer evenly using a brush, working in the sealer. My attention to detail in both preparation and application guarantees a professional finish.
