Ideally, I wait at least overnight to allow the crack filler to harden enough so no noticeable impressions will happen when sealcoating the driveway. For driveway crack filling alone, I advise a 24-hour waiting period driving and parking on driveway.  It's also best to wait 3 to 5 hours before walking on the filled cracks so their is no foot prints. These wait times vary, depending on the weather.

No, after getting your  driveway paved, wait about a year before sealcoating. Sealcoat traps oils in the asphalt, prevent it from curing properly. If sealed to soon, the driveway stays soft, leading to a ruined asphalt surface.
