Residential Crack Filling
At JH Sealcoating, I offer professional residential crack filling as both a standalone service and as part of my sealcoating service. Crack filling is essential to protect your driveway from long-term damage. When water seeps into cracks and freezes during cold weather, it expands and makes the cracks worse. By filling them, it stops that process before it causes more expensive problems. I utilize a high-quality, cold-pour trowel-grade crack filler and liquid crack filler.
Crack Filling Process
My crack filling process starts with a thorough cleaning of all cracks. This includes removing weeds, dirt, and any other debris that could interfere with proper adhesion. Once the cracks are clean, I use a crack filling machine to apply hot pour crack filler. After the hot pour is applied, I use a V-shaped squeegee to touch up the surface as needed, ensuring a smooth, clean finish and proper coverage.
