Residential Crack Filling
At JH Sealcoating, I offer professional residential crack filling as both a standalone service and as part of my sealcoating service. Crack filling is essential to protect your driveway from long-term damage. When water seeps into cracks and freezes during cold weather, it expands and makes the cracks worse. By filling them, it stops that process before it causes more expensive problems. I utilize a high-quality, cold-pour trowel-grade crack filler and liquid crack filler.
Crack Filling Process
My process starts by killing major weed if need and thoroughly cleaning out the cracks by removing weeds, dirt, and any other debris that could get in the way. Once the cracks are cleared, I apply generous amounts of trowel mix or liquid crack filler directly into them. Then, using a V-shaped squeegee, I push the filler deep into the cracks.
